Bev, I just ADORE your water stamping card in the SCS newsletter! Amazing technique that I just HAD to try! Thank you so much for showing us this most awesome technique!
I had a "frame" already cut out of Whisper White and thought that the water stamping technique would be cool on a "frame". I used Tangerine Tango and More Mustard ink and for the background, I used Hello Doily. I used a nestie to cut the layers, stamped the senti and used a marker for the 'dots'. The bow was made with a Bow Easy.
